Two Storey: 2000 sq. ft.

Exterior Finishes: All homes must feature a minimum of 10% stone or brick on the front elevation, with stucco as the primary exterior material. This requirement ensures a sophisticated and uniform look throughout the community.

Roof: Roof designs must have a minimum pitch of 6/12 and utilize asphalt shingles only. Metal roofing is not permitted, maintaining the traditional aesthetic of the neighborhood.
